Tectra recertified to ISO 9001

Tectra's business was recently audited by Verification New Zealand - and passed with flying colours.
"ISO certification forms the backbone of Tectra's business management and underpins the credibility of our auditing effectiveness," says Quality Manager David Long.
"As a company that delivers auditing services, as we do under the Fernmark Quality Programme, it is essential that we are seen to meet and reach the standards ourselves".
The two day audit was a first covering the whole of Tectra's business. Previously only the education, training and quality services had been included in the scope of the ISO certification.
The report noted that the quality objectives, processes and reviews had been managed well with the company showing good results in all of these requirements.
Tectra's certification is valid until December 2006.
