Farmer Initiated Technology and Transfer (FITT) Programme

FITT is an initiative by WoolPro and Meat New Zealand to provide financial support to groups of sheep and beef cattle farmers to trial new technical developments or farming systems.

FITT projects address local problems and/or opportunities that farmers believe will have immediate and relevant application on farm. The results of the project must be shared with other farmers in the region. Projects are funded for one year to a maximum of $10,000.
