Straight to Work courses are run in partnership with local Work and Income Offices, Youth Transition, and other groups involved in supporting and mentoring people trying to get their lives on track. These courses are specifically designed to give you the skills to work in agriculture, and include our support in helping you find a job.

 

This training is hard work and demands commitment and a desire to succeed - but if you're willing to give it a try there is lots of opportunity, and tons of support from Tectra, the Work and Income team and employers throughout the country.
