Level 2 (Jnr/Int) courses

• Level 2 courses run for two days
• Up to two years practical experience preferred
• Course fee is NZD $50
  
• North Island training schedule
• South Island training schedule

Level 3 (Snr) course

• These are four days courses
• 2-3 years practical experience preferred
• Course fee is NZD $80 (Refresher course NZD $40)
  
• North Island training schedule
• South Island training schedule

Level 4 (Adv) course

• Level 4 courses run for four days
• Open to selected wool handlers only who must hold a Level 3 National Certificate
• Course fee is NZD $120
  
• North Island training schedule
• South Island training schedule

Note: the fees for the Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 courses may be different for trainees studying at another institution, secondary school students, overseas trainees, or those assisted by WINZ.
