Wool for schools

Tempted to try your hand? You can, from school.

Meat & Wool Innovations offers all schools a day of hands-on experience of shearing and wool handling. This is in a working situation in a wool shed. The day includes a good overview of other opportunities in the wool industry, to give you the whole picture.

This is open to all senior students.

Technical details count, like the quality of your gear. The Meat & Wool Innovations instructors cover everything.

Those who show they are keen and capable are invited to join a learners programme in their field of interest, where you can work your way towards a National Certificate qualification.
